Meet Malachy Friedman- who has the quite the story. From an early age he knew he loved fighting and decided to take that passion further. From competing at a high level to now coaching a school here locally, Malachy has a very unique view of life and coaching in general. It take some students up to 4 years to go from white to blue belt!
